1. Subscription Cancellation
Distributors can cancel their SIA Tech LLP (Formerly SIA Inc) subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email or through the online portal.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions: Since SIA Tech LLP (Formerly SIA Inc) is a subscription-based software, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees once the payment is processed.
Exception Cases: A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
If the software fails to function due to a technical issue caused by SIA Tech LLP (Formerly SIA Inc), and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
If the distributor was charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
3. Account Suspension & Termination
If a distributor violates the terms of use, their account may be suspended or terminated without a refund.
If a distributor chooses to cancel, access to the software will be available until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Changes to Policy
SIA Tech LLP (Formerly SIA Inc) reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated to all distributors in advance.
